Aerial Arcane Barrage!

Okay, I dont' really have anything original to say from Michael's commentary on Galefire, so I'll just quote him: "Further proof that Arcane mages clearly bind their jump and Arcane Barrage keys together. I mean, there's no way they could jump and shoot as much as they do otherwise... is there?" Being a mage I can say... "yes," yes we do. It's the same as Arcane Explosion: Didn't you know that it does more damage when you jump? Duh! (actually, as a side note, there used to be a bug that jumping during Arcane Explosion increased its radius slightly, lol!)
